چکیده

Bahar Mountain is located in North Khorasan Province. The northern slope of this area, with an area of about ten thousand hectares, is studied in this research. This study deals with the identification of the flora of the region from years 2019 to 2021. Plant specimens were collected consecutively during growing seasons and were identified and kept in the herbarium of Kharazmi University (T). In total, 215 taxa were collected, which include 156 genera and 49 families, of which, one species, one genus, and one family belong to non-vascular plants and 214 species, 155 genera, and 48 families belong to the seed plants. Fabaceae and Asteraceae families are shown to be the largest families in the region with 21 and 20 taxa, respectively. The genera Astragalus with 12 species, Allium with 6 species, and Acanthophyllum and Bromus genera each with four species are found to be the largest genera in the region. Among the examined taxa, hemicryptophytes have the highest percentage of biological forms among the plants studied with 36%, which is in accordance with the cold and mountainous climate of the region. In addition, six taxa (2.8%) are found to be endemic to Iran and 16 taxa (7.4%) are included in the IUCN list. In total, 70% of the studied taxa belong to the Irano-Turanian region.
Introduction
Floristic studies are among the most important and fundamental types of scientific approaches for the introduction of plants in any region. This type of research, on the other hand, is especially important for the increase of plant specimens in local and international herbaria. As a result, the availability of herbarium specimens is essential for other scientific investigations such as molecular systematic as well as chemical, chromosomal, and ecological studies and leads to obtaining additional information related to the plants, such as the possible mechanisms of migration, extinction, and last but not the least, the preparation of vegetation maps. In accordance with the floristic study approach, this study investigates the flora of the northern slope of Bahar Mountain in North Khorasan province.

Materials and Methods
The study area of this research is Bahar Mountain, located in North Khorasan province, with about
27 thousand hectares, of which about 10 thousand hectares are related to the northern slopes. The floristic investigation of the region was conducted between the years 2019 and 2021, with sampling carried out every two weeks in the seasons of spring, summer, and early autumn. The collected specimens were provided from full-grown, healthy, and pest-free plants, which possessed adequate vegetative and reproductive organs, including stems, leaves, flowers, and/or fruits. Information about specimens such as location, date of collection, height above sea level, geographical longitude and latitude, biological form, plant size, flower color, and abundance in the region were recorded. After pressing and drying, the specimens were mounted on herbarium sheets and stored in the Tehran Herbarium of Kharazmi University (T).
For the precise identification of the collected plants, various flora and monographs were utilized, especially Flora Iranica (Rechinger, 1963-2015) and Flora of Iran (Assadi, 1989-2021). In most cases, the studied samples were compared with the pre-identified specimens available in the Herbarium of the Research Center for Plant Sciences, Ferdowsi University of Mashhad (FUMH).
IPNI (2021) and POWO (2021) databases were also used to check the correctness of the scientific names. The life form of each plant species was determined on the basis of Raunkiaer's classification (Raunkiaer, 1934). The geographical distribution of plants was determined using flora related to Iran's flora. To determine the rank of the IUCN (International Union for Conservation of Nature), the Red Data Book of Iran (Jalili & Jamzad, 1999) was used.

Research Findings
During the present study, approximately 348 plant specimens were collected and 215 plant taxa were identified. A total of 348 taxa belonging to 23 orders, 49 families, 156 genera, 215 species, 12 subspecies, and 4 varieties were identified. Of these, one species, one genus, and one family belong to non-vascular plants, and 214 species, 155 genera, and 48 families belong to the seed plants. Among the seed plants, three species, two genera, and two families belong to gymnosperms, and 212 species, 153 genera, and 46 families belong to angiosperms. Angiosperms include dicots with 169 species, 127 genera, and 36 families, and monocots with 42 species, 26 genera, and 10 families.
The largest families, in terms of taxon number, are Fabaceae (21 species), Asteraceae (20 species), Brassicaceae (19 species), Lamiaceae (18 species), Poaceae (15 species), Apiaceae (11 species), Boraginaceae (9 species), Caryophyllaceae (8 species), Liliaceae (7 species), Ranuncalaceae (7 species), Rosaceae (6 species), and Amaranthaceae (6 species). The genus Astragalus with 12 species, Allium with six species, and Acanthophyllum and Bromus each with four species are the largest genera in the region.
The vegetation composition of a certain region could be attributed to the geographical distribution of each species growing in the region. The investigations showed that 151 taxa belong to the Irano-Turanian region, 27 taxa to the Irano-Turanian/Euro-Siberian/Mediterranean region, 10 taxa to the Irano-Turanian/Mediterranean region, and 7 taxa to the Irano-Turanian/Euro-Siberian region. Considering that the highest percentage of geographical distribution among the plants studied in the region (70%) is related to Irano-Turanian vegetation elements, it can be concluded that the studied area belongs to the Irano-Turanian region.
Among the taxa collected from the flora of Bahar Mountain, six taxa (2.8%) are found to be endemic to Iran and 16 taxa (7.4%) are included in the IUCN list, of which three species are vulnerable (VU) and 11 taxa are subject to least concern category (LR), showing the necessity of precautionary actions to inhibit the possible damage to the flora of the area. Fabaceae and Asteraceae are the largest families in the region with 21 and 20 taxa, respectively. These two families are also the largest families in Iran, and like the region studied in this study, as the first and second largest plant families of Iran (Ghahremaninejad et al., 2017). The significant expansion of Asteraceae plants such as the genera Cirsium, Cousinia, and Artemisia, in the region could be attributed to the adaptability of their growth form with the harsh conditions prevailing in the region (high temperature, low humidity) and their survival against excessive grazing and repetitive floods.
Brassicaceae and Lamiaceae families are the third and fourth largest families in the region, each with 19 taxa. Most of the Brassicaceae are therophytes and appear on the ground in a short period of time suitable for growing in the region (spring). The Poaceae family is the fifth largest family in the region with 15 taxa. This family is the third largest family in Iran with 477 species (Bidarlord & Ghahremaninejad, 2022). The wide distribution of the members of this family in the region can be attributed to their easy seed dispersal and high regeneration after grazing.
The closest previously studied area to Bahar Mountain, in terms of vegetation, is the Miandasht area (Rahimi et al., 2016) located 10 km east of Jajarm city. Asteraceae, Brassicaceae, Fabaceae, Poaceae, and Amaranthaceae were found to be the richest in terms of species diversity in the Midandasht region. The comparison of the largest families in the Miandasht and Bahar Mountain regions shows that Asteraceae, Brassicaceae, Fabaceae, and Poaceae are among the five largest families in both regions.
The genus Astragalus is the largest genus in both Bahar Mountain, with 12 species, and in the Miandasht region, with 19 species (Rahimi et al., 2016). In order to have a better comparative view of the flora of the studied area, it is necessary to mention the results obtained from other areas. The floristic study of the Baba Aman region in North Khorasan by Nadaf (2021) revealed the presence of 117 plant species in 101 genera and 33 families. Asteraceae with 20 species, Poaceae with 17 species, and Lamiaceae with 14 species are the largest plant families in the region. The biological forms of the plants in the region include hemicryptophytes (38%), therophytes (32%), chamaephytes (16%), cryptophytes (8%), and phanerophytes (6%). The percentage of different chorotypes of plants in the Baba Aman region includes the Irano-Turanian (65%), two-region taxa (18%), three-region taxa (9%), and cosmopolitan taxa (8%) (Nadaf, 2021).

Discussion of Results and Conclusion
According to the studies carried out in the neighboring regions, a considerable similarity revealed in the flora elements of the adjacent regions, as well as their chorotypes and biological form, could be attributed to more or less similar climate and other ecological conditions. The family Asteraceae has been among the richest families in all studied areas, and hemicryptophytes have been the most abundant life form in the regions studied (except in one case), and the Irano-Turanian chorotype has been decisively dominant in all regions.

مقدمه

مطالعات فلوریستیک از مهم‌‌ترین و اساسی‌‌ترین انوع بررسی‌‌های علمی گیاهان هر منطقه است و ترکیب گیاهی محدودۀ جغرافیایی را مشخص می‌‌کند. این نوع تحقیقات از سوی دیگر نیز اهمیت خاصی دارند و آن افزایش نمونه‌‌های گیاهی در هرباریوم‌‌ها است؛ به طوری که وجود نمونه‌‌های هرباریومی همیشه به دیگر مطالعات علمی از قبیل مطالعات سیستماتیک مولکولی، شیمیایی، کروموزومی و بوم‌‌شناسی و همچنین کسب دیگر اطلاعات مرتبط با گیاهان از قبیل چگونگی مسیرهای احتمالی مهاجرت و انقراض و همین‌‌طور تهیۀ نقشه‌‌های پوشش گیاهی در سطح کشور کمک شایانی می‌‌کند؛ اما شاید عمده‌‌ترین تأثیر مطالعات تنوع فلوری، به‌‌ویژه در نقاط دورافتاده یا کمتر مطرح (به‌‌دلیل صعب‌‌العبوربودن)، کمک به تکمیل کتاب‌‌های فلور موجود باشد که دربارۀ ایران به مجموعۀ فلورا ایرانیکا (Rechinger, 1963-2015) و مجموعۀ فلور ایران (Assadi, 1989-2021) اشاره می‌‌شود. امروزه شناسایی فلور و تخمین میزان فراوانی آرایه‌‌های هر منطقه در مدیریت حفاظت گونه‌‌های گیاهی کمک ارزشمندی است.

در سال‌‌های اخیر مطالعات فلوری بی‌‌شماری در مناطق متنوع کوهستانی تا ماندابی کشور انجام شده است (Khanhasani et al., 2021; Akhavan Roofigar & Bagheri, 2021; Mohammadi et al., 2021). در خراسان (استان‌‌های خراسان رضوی، خراسان شمالی و خراسان جنوبی) نیز مطالعات فلوری متعددی در مناطق کوهستانی تا جنگلی صورت گرفته است (Ghahreman et al., 2006; Aydani et al., 2008; Saberi et al., 2010; Rahchamani et al., 2014; Ezazi et al., 2014; Rahimi et al., 2016; Malkeshi et al., 2022; Noedoost & Farzam, 2022)؛ علاوه‌‌بر این چندین مطالعۀ هرباریومی براساس نمونه‌‌های موجود در هرباریوم دانشگاه فردوسی (FUMH) نیز انجام شده که به تکمیل اطلاعات موجود در فلورا ایرانیکا در استان‌‌های خراسان کمک کرده است (Ghahremaninejad et al., 2005, 2010, 2012; Joharchi et al., 2006, 2010).

در راستای انجام مطالعات فلوریستیک در کشور، فلور کوهستان بهار واقع در استان خراسان شمالی، در شمال شرق ایران، در این پژوهش به‌‌طور دقیق و همه‌‌جانبه بررسی شده است.

مواد و روش‌‌ها

منطقۀ مطالعه‌‌شده

منطقۀ کوهستان بهار با وسعت حدود ۲۷ هزار هکتار در استان خراسان شمالی واقع شده است. از این وسعت، مساحتی حدود ۱۰ هزار هکتار مربوط به دامنه‌‌های شمالی این کوهستان در پژوهش حاضر مطالعه شده است. کوهستان بهار بین طول‌‌های جغرافیایی 56 درجه و 37 دقیقۀ شرقی تا 56 درجه و 44 دقیقۀ شرقی و عرض‌‌های جغرافیایی 37 درجه و 13 دقیقۀ شمالی تا 37 درجه و 16 دقیقۀ شمالی قرار دارد. نزدیک‌‌ترین شهر به این منطقه، جاجرم است که در فاصلۀ 40 کیلومتری جنوب غربی آن قرار دارد (شکل ۱). بخش سنخواست در فاصلۀ ۲۵ کیلومتری جنوب شرقی کوهستان بهار واقع شده است. جاده سنخواست به جاجرم در جنوب این منطقه واقع است. نزدیک‌‌ترین دهستان‌‌ها به این منطقه شامل روستاهای کرف و خراشا در شرق، روستاهای مشما، چارچوبه، کرکی و برزنه در غرب و روستاهای قرجه‌‌آباد و کلاته حاج‌‌احمد در شمال می‌‌شود. این منطقه از سمت جنوب غربی ازطریق تپه‌‌ماهورهایی با ارتفاع کم به کوه اوزن متصل می‌‌شود.

بلندی کم‌‌ارتفاع‌‌ترین نقطۀ این کوهستان نسبت به سطح دریا 1379 متر و مرتفع‌‌ترین نقطۀ آن 2530 متر است. متوسط دمای سالانه طی سال‌‌های ۱۳۹۳تا ۱۳۹۸ در ایستگاههای سنخواست ۵۶/۱۶ و طی سال‌‌های ۱۳۸۵تا ۱۳۹۸ در ایستگاه هواشناسی جاجرم ۸۴/۱۵ است. متوسط بارندگی سالیانه در سال‌‌های ۸۵ تا ۹۸ در ایستگاه هواشناسی سنخواست و جاجرم (شکل ۲) به ترتیب ۱/۱۳۶ میلی‌‌متر و ۸/۱۲۸ میلی‌‌متر برآورد شده است.

ازنظر زمین‌‌شناسی، استان خراسان شمالی در واحد ساختمانی کپه‌‌داغ قرار دارد. واحد ساختمانی کپه‌‌داغ در بین دو واحد فلات توران و ایران مرکزی قرار گرفته است. استان خراسان شمالی با توجه به شرایط توپوگرافی، شیب و جهت آن، زمین‌‌شناسی و ... دربرگیرندۀ‌‌ بخشی از دو حوزۀ آبریز درجه دو اترک و کویر مرکزی و همچنین بخش کوچکی از حوضه‌‌های آبریز قره‌‌سو - گرگانرود و قره‌‌قوم است. منطقۀ مطالعه‌‌شده در حوزۀ آبخیز کویر مرکزی واقع شده است (ESPN, 2016). اقلیم منطقه براساس ضریب خشکی دومارتن و آمبرژه، خشک است.

روش پژوهش

به‌‌منظور بررسی فلوریستیک منطقه، از بهار 1398 تا اوایل پاییز 1400 در فصول بهار، تابستان و پاییز هر دو هفته یک‌‌بار نمونه‌‌برداری صورت گرفت. گیاهان دارای رشد کامل و عاری از هر گونه آفت و بیماری، به‌‌صورت کامل (شامل گل، ساقه، برگ و میوه) جمع‌‌آوری شد. اطلاعاتی دربارۀ محل جمع‌‌آوری نمونه نظیر تاریخ و محل جمع‌‌آوری، ارتفاع از سطح دریا و طول و عرض جغرافیایی و اطلاعاتی دربارۀ گیاه نظیر شکل زیستی، اندازۀ گیاه، رنگ گل و فراوانی آن در منطقه ثبت شد؛ همچنین ضمن جمع‌‌آوری، از گونه‌‌ها و مناظر طبیعی منطقه عکس‌‌های متعددی گرفته شد. نمونه‌‌ها بعد از پرس و خشک‌‌شدن، روی برگه‌‌های هرباریومی چسبانده شد و درحال حاضر در هرباریوم دانشگاه خوارزمی (هرباریوم تهران: با آکرونیم T) نگهداری می‌‌شود.

برای شناسایی علمی گیاهان جمع‌‌آوری‌‌شده از منابع مختلف به‌‌ویژه فلورا ایرانیکا (Rechinger, 1963-2015) و فلور ایران (Assadi, 1989-2021) استفاده شده است. همچنین از پایگاههای IPNI ((2021 و POWO (2021) برای بررسی صحت اسامی استفاده شد. شکل زیستی هرکدام از گونه‌‌های گیاهی براساس طبقه‌‌بندی رانکیه (Raunkiaer, 1934) تعیین شد. پراکنش جغرافیایی گیاهان با استفاده از فلورهای مرتبط با پوشش گیاهی ایران تعیین شد. برای تعیین رتبۀ IUCN (International Union for Conservation of Nature) از کتابRed Data Book of Iran (Jalili & Jamzad, 1999) استفاده شد.

نتایج

طی مطالعۀ حاضر حدود ۳۴۸ نمونۀ گیاهی جمع‌‌آوری شد. درمجموع، 215 آرایه متعلق به ۲۳ راسته، ۴۹ تیره، ۱۵۶ سرده، ۲۱5 گونه، ۱۲ زیرگونه و چهار واریته با استفاده از منابع فلور شناسایی شد. از این تعداد، یک گونه، یک سرده و یک تیره متعلق به نهانزادان آوندی و ۲۱4 گونه، ۱۵۵ سرده و ۴۸ تیره متعلق به گیاهان دانه‌‌دار است. از بین گیاهان دانه‌‌دار، سه گونه، دو سرده و دو تیره به بازدانگان و ۲۱۲ گونه، ۱۵۳ سرده و ۴6 تیره به نهاندانگان تعلق دارد. از این تعداد گیاهان نهاندانه، دولپه‌‌ای‌‌ها ۱۶۹ گونه، ۱۲۷ سرده و ۳6 تیره و تک‌‌لپه‌‌ای‌‌ها ۴۲ گونه، ۲۶ سرده و ۱0 تیره را شامل می‌‌شوند. فهرست اسامی گیاهان در جدول 2 آورده شده است.

بزرگ‌‌ترین تیره‌‌ها ازنظر تعداد آرایه به ترتیب عبارتند از: Fabaceae (۲۱ گونه)، Asteraceae (۲۰ گونه)، Brassicaceae (۱۹ گونه)،Lamiaceae (۱۸ گونه)، Poaceae (۱۵ گونه)، Apiaceae (۱۱ گونه)، Boraginaceae (نه گونه)، Caryophyllaceae (هشت گونه)، Liliaceae (هفت گونه)، Ranuncalaceae (هفت گونه)، Rosaceae (شش گونه) و Amaranthaceae (شش گونه). سرده‌‌های Astragalus با ۱۲ گونه، Allium با شش گونه و Acanthophyllum و Bromus با چهار گونه نیز به ترتیب سرده‌‌های بزرگ‌‌تر موجود در منطقه هستند.

نسبت شکل زیستی آرایه‌‌های بررسی‌‌شده به ترتیب عبارت است از: همی‌‌کریپتوفیت (۳۶ درصد)، تروفیت (۲۲ درصد)، کامفیت (16 درصد)، ژئوفیت (۱۸ درصد) و فانروفیت (هشت درصد). از میان گیاهان مطالعه‌‌شده، شش آرایه (8/2 درصد) انحصاری ایران هستند و ۱۶ آرایه (4/7 درصد) در فهرست IUCN قرار می‌‌گیرند. با توجه به فراوانی همی‌‌کریپتوفیت‌‌ها (۳۶ درصد) نتیجه گرفته می‌‌شود که اقلیم منطقه سرد و کوهستانی است.

با توجه به پراکنش جغرافیایی گونه‌‌های گیاهی هر منطقه، به تأثیرپذیری آنها از ناحیه یا نواحی رویشی مختلف پی برده می‌‌شود. بررسی‌‌های انجام‌‌شده نشان داد ۱۵۱ آرایه به ناحیۀ ایران - تورانی، ۲۷ آرایه به ناحیۀ ایران – تورانی / اروپا – سیبری / مدیترانه‌‌ای، ۱۰ آرایه به ناحیۀ ایران – تورانی / مدیترانه‌‌ای و هفت آرایه به ناحیۀ ایران – تورانی / اروپا - سیبری تعلق دارد. با توجه به اینکه بیشترین درصد پراکنش جغرافیایی گیاهان منطقه (۷۰ درصد) مربوط به عناصر رویشی ایران - تورانی است، نتیجه گرفته می‌‌شود منطقۀ مطالعه‌‌شده به ناحیۀ ایران - تورانی تعلق دارد (شکل ۳). در جدول 2 فهرست اسامی، شکل زیستی و کوروتیپ گیاهان منطقه آورده شده است. ترتیب ذکر آرایه‌‌ها براساس نظام APG ذکر شده است (Ghahremaninejad et al., 2017). تعدادی از عکس‌‌های گونه‌‌های منطقه در شکل‌‌های 4 تا 17 نمایش داده شده است.

از میان گونه‌‌های تعیین نام شده، شش آرایه شامل چهار گونه و دو واریته، انحصاری ایران هستند و 8/2 درصد از فلور کوه بهار را تشکیل داده‌‌اند (جدول 1).

بحث

در میان آرایه‌‌های جمع‌‌آوری‌‌شده از فلور کوه بهار شش آرایه انحصاری ایران هستند و ۱۶ آرایه (4/7 درصد) در فهرست IUCN قرار می‌‌گیرند. از میان ۱۶ آرایۀ IUCN، سه آرایه در معرض آسیب (VU) و ۱۱ آرایه در معرض آسیب کم (LR) هستند و برای کنترل آسیب وارد به فلور منطقه باید تدبیری اندیشید.

تیره‌‌های باقلائیان (Fabaceae) و کاسنیان (Asteraceae) به ترتیب با داشتن ۲۱ و ۲۰ آرایه بزرگ‌‌ترین تیره‌‌های موجود در منطقه هستند. این دو تیره، بزرگ‌‌ترین تیره‌‌های ایران و مانند منطقۀ مطالعه‌‌شده در این پژوهش دارای مقام اول و دوم در کشور هستند (Ghahremaninejad et al., 2017). سازگاری شکل رویشی گیاهان تیرۀ کاسنیان، نظیر سرده‌‌های Cirsium، Cousinia و Artemisia با شرایط سخت حاکم بر منطقه (دمای زیاد و رطوبت کم) و حضور بیشتر این گیاهان در منطقه به‌‌دلیل چرای مفرط و جاری‌‌شدن سیلاب منجر به گسترش چشمگیر آنها شده است. در تیرۀ باقلائیان (Fabaceae)، سرده‌‌هایی نظیر Onobrychis و Astragalus به‌‌دلیل سازش زیاد دربرابر شرایط خشک و دشوار در بخش‌‌های مرتفع کوه بهار حضور فراوانی داشتند.

تیره‌‌های کلمیان (Brassicaceae) و نعنائیان (Lamiaceae) هرکدام با داشتن ۱۹ آرایه، سومین و چهارمین تیره‌‌های بزرگ منطقه محسوب می‌‌شوند. بیشتر گونه‌‌های تیرۀ کلمیان، تروفیت هستند و در دورۀ زمانی کوتاه و مناسب رویش در منطقه (فصل بهار) روی زمین ظاهر می‌‌شوند.

تیرۀ گندمیان (Poaceae) با داشتن ۱۵ آرایه پنجمین تیرۀ بزرگ منطقه است. این تیره سومین تیرۀ بزرگ ازنظر تعداد گونه (477 گونه) در ایران است (Bidarlord & Ghahremaninejad, 2022). پراکنش وسیع این تیره در منطقه ممکن است به سهولت انتشار بذر آنها به‌‌دلیل سبک‌‌بودن و قدرت زیاد جوانه‌‌زنی مجدد پس از چرای دام مربوط باشد.

نزدیک‌‌ترین منطقۀ مطالعه‌‌شده به کوهستان بهار ازنظر پوشش گیاهی، منطقۀ میاندشت (Rahimi et al., 2016) واقع در ۱۰ کیلومتری شرق شهرستان جاجرم است. تیره‌‌های گندمیان، باقلائیان، کلمیان، کاسنیان و تاج‌‌خروسیان غنی‌‌ترین تیره‌‌ها ازنظر تعداد گونه در منطقۀ میاندشت هستند. همان‌‌طور که ذکر شد پنج تیرۀ بزرگ کوه بهار شامل باقلائیان (۲۱ گونه)، کاسنیان (۲۰ گونه)، کلمیان (۱۹ گونه)، نعنائیان (۱۸ گونه) و گندمیان (۱۵ گونه) می‌‌شود. مقایسۀ تیره‌‌ها در مناطق میاندشت و کوه بهار نشان می‌‌دهد که تیره‌‌های کاسنیان، کلمیان، باقلائیان و گندمیان به‌‌صورت مشترک جزئی از پنج تیرۀ بزرگ در هر دو منطقه هستند. سردۀ گون (Astragalus) در کوه بهار با ۱۲ گونه و در منطقۀ میاندشت با ۱۹ گونه بزرگ‌‌ترین سرده در هر دو منطقه است.

برای داشتن دیدگاه مقایسه‌‌ای بهتر از فلور منطقۀ مطالعه‌‌شده، لازم است نتایج حاصل از سایر مناطق ذکر شود؛ در همین راستا در مطالعۀ فلوریستیک و معرفی گیاهان دارویی منطقۀ بابا امان در خراسان شمالی توسط Nadaf (2021)، 117 گونۀ گیاهی در 101 سرده و 33 تیرۀ گیاهی گزارش شده است و تیره‌‌های کاسنیان با 20 گونه، گندمیان با 17 گونه و نعنائیان با 14 گونه بزرگ‌‌ترین تیره‌‌های گیاهی منطقه هستند. اشکال زیستی گیاهان منطقه شامل همی‌‌کریپتوفیت‏ها (38 درصد)، تروفیت‏ها (32 درصد)، کامفیت‏ها (16 درصد)، کریپتوفیت‏ها (هشت درصد) و فانروفیت‏ها (شش درصد) است. درصد کوروتیپ‎های مختلف گیاهان در منطقۀ بابا امان عبارتند از: منطقۀ ایرانو - تورانی 65 درصد، دوناحیه‏ای 18 درصد، سه‌‌ناحیه‏ای نه درصد و چندناحیه‏ای و جهان‌‌وطنی هشت درصد. در مطالعۀ Amini et al. (2021) در ناحیۀ اسدلی - رختیان در بجنورد (استان خراسان شمالی)، ۲۷ تیره، ۶۱ سرده و ۶۹ گونه مشاهده شده است. بزرگ‌‌ترین تیره‌های گیاهی منطقه، کلمیان و کاسنیان، تیپ‌‌های بیولوژیک گیاهان منطقه شامل ۲۳/۳۶ درصد تروفیت، ۷۸/۳۴ درصد همی‌‌کریپتوفیت، ۰۴/۱۳ درصد ژئوفیت، ۱۴/۱۰ درصد کامفیت، ۳۴/۴ درصد فانروفیت و ۴۴/۱ درصد کریپتوفیت و بیشترین سهم، مربوط به عناصر ناحیۀ ایرانو - تورانی با ۱۱/۶۸ درصد بوده است. با توجه به نتایج، درصد زیاد تروفیت‌‌ها و همی‌‌کریپتوفیت‌‌ها نشان از سرد و خشک بودن منطقه دارد. در مطالعۀ Ghayormand & Saeidi Mehrvarz (2014) که در منطقۀ قره‌‌چه در شمال شرق استان خراسان رضوی انجام شده است، درمجموع، 396 گونه از گیاهان آوندی متعلق به 252 سرده و 62 تیرۀ گیاهی شناسایی شده است. بزرگ‌‌ترین تیره‌‌های منطقه ازنظر تعداد گونه عبارتند از: کاسنیان (63 گونه)، باقلائیان (32 گونه)، کلمیان (28 گونه)، نعنائیان (25 گونه) و کرفسیان (22 گونه). سرده‌‌های Astragalus با 14 گونه و Centaurea، Cousinia و Euphorbia هریک با هفت گونه دارای بیشترین تعداد گونه بوده‌‌اند. شکل‌‌های زیستی عمدۀ منطقۀ قره‌‌چه به ترتیب عبارتند از: همی‌‌کریپتوفیت‌‌ها (43 درصد)، تروفیت‌‌ها (28 درصد)، کامفیت‌‌ها (12 درصد)، ژئوفیت‌‌ها (11 درصد) و فانروفیت‌‌ها (شش درصد). در اینجا نیز درصد زیاد همی‌‌کریپتوفیت‌‌ها نشان‌‌دهندۀ اقلیم سرد و کوهستانی منطقه است. ازنظر پراکنش جغرافیایی، بیشترین سهم، مربوط به عناصر ایرانو - تورانی (55/60 درصد) و پس از آن عناصر چندناحیه‌‌ای (21/12 درصد) است که نشان می‌‌دهد منطقه ازنظر جغرافیای گیاهی به‌‌طور کامل از عناصر فلوریستیک منطقۀ ایران و توران تأثیر می‌‌گیرد. Malkeshi et al. (2022) نیز در بررسی مقدماتی فلور، شکل زیستی و کوروتیپ گیاهان منطقۀ بوزداغی در استان خراسان شمالی، درمجموع، 252 گونۀ گیاهی آوندی متعلق به 173 سرده و 53 تیره، ‏در جایگاه گیاهان بومی، از منطقۀ بوزداغی گزارش کرده‌‌اند. غنی‏ترین تیره‌‌ها کاسنیان، گندمیان، نعنائیان و باقلائیان بوده‌‌اند. سردۀ Astragalus نیز غنی‏ترین سرده در منطقه و شکل زیستی غالب منطقه، همی‏کریپتوفیت‏ها (3/31 درصد) و تروفیت‏ها (8/29 درصد) بوده است. تعداد چشمگیری از گونه‌‌ها (5/63 درصد) به ناحیۀ رویشی ایرانو - تورانی تعلق داشته‌‌اند.

با توجه به مطالعات انجام‌‌شده در مناطق مجاور، تشابه زیادی در عناصر فلوری منطقه و نیز کوروتیپ و شکل زیستی آنها مشاهده می‌‌شود که تاحدودی امکان بسط‌‌دادن این تشابهات به سایر مناطق با اقلیم و شرایط نزدیک به هم وجود دارد و می‌‌شود پیش‌‌بینی‌‌هایی داشت. تیرۀ کاسنیان در تمام این مطالعات از غنی‌‌ترین تیره‌‌ها بوده است، همی‌‌کریپتوفیت‌‌ها جز در یک مطالعه، دارای بیشترین فراوانی بوده‌‌اند و شکل زیستی ایرانو – تورانی به‌‌طور قطع در تمام مناطق یادشده غالب بوده است.
