چکیده الگوهای ریزریختشناسی و تزئینات پوشش دانه در برخیاز جنسها، ارزش بسیاری در مطالعات سیستماتیک دارد. این مطالعه با هدف معرفی کاربرد این دادهها در کمک به شناسایی گونههای جنس ماشک (Vicia L.) انجام شد. صفات ریزریختشناسی 90 نمونه دانۀ مختلف از 20 گونه جنس ماشک برای پاسخ به برخی از سؤالات سیستماتیک این جنس مطالعه شد. ریختشناسی سطح دانۀ گونههای این جنس با میکروسکوپ الکترونی نگاره (SEM) مقایسه شد. نتایج مشاهدات و تجزیهها نشان داد ویژگیهای تزئینات پوشش دانه در گونههای مختلف بهصورت برجستگی از نوع Papillose و الگوی SEM آنها در داخل و بین نمونهها ازلحاظ شکل، ارتفاع و نحوۀ بههمپیوستن برجستگیها متنوع بوده است و میتواند در بازنگری دستهبندی جنس ماشک استفاده شود. براساس ویژگیهای تزئینات پوشش دانه، گونهها به چهار گروه گونههای تپهماهوری با آرایش زگیلی، کلهقندی از نوک قلل منشأگرفته، کلهقندی از پایینتر از نوک قلل منشأگرفته و زگیلدار تقسیم شدند. این تجزیهها ممکن است شواهد خوبی را از ارتباط نزدیک گونههای مختلف، میان مجموعهای از گونههای این جنس فراهم کند و راهنمای مجمل دستهبندی واریتهها و معرفی واریتههای زراعی باشد. | ||
